Until when is the pre-order open?
Pre-order period and payment deadline will be open until 14th May 2012, 1PM Singapore time.

How much?
Price: SGD $16 - Inclusive of shipping fees & Poster.

How many CD's can you purchase? Is there a discount for bulk order?
There is no limit as to how many albums one can purchase. However, the more the merrier
As for bulk discount, we wont be able to provide bulk discounts. This is because the prices that are reflected by us are the lowest in the market. Prices are calculated by taking into account any worst case situation and other competitor pricing.

Is there other ways of payment aside from bank transfer?
We may also be allowing MeetUp payments or payment on collection aside from bank transfer. However, we strongly do not encourage late payment. So we will ask purchasers to head over to the banks to transfer.

What carrier will ship their order, EMS, regular post, etc.
We will use the best shipping option available and that is EMS. But other options are possible.

Will there be a tracking number provided?
Upon receiving the tracking number on from our supplier, we will then post it on our "Tracking" page. On top of that we will try to update on the status of shipping through our main website page or the Facebook page.

How long is the shipping?
Shipping will depend on the respond of Singpost. But based on our recent order, including all the public holidays and weekends, the order was received 6 days after we placed our order.

Hey Justin_Apink,

I have sent in the order form but so far i have not yet received the transaction code, will it be only sent after they have confirmed the full order or am i supposed to receive it right after i sent in the order form.

Oh and also, i wanted to order 2 albums but i sent in 2 order forms ordering one each, is it okkay if i count them both as 1?

The transaction code will be sent shortly, usually we will send it within 2 hours of receiving the order. But been abit busy with attending of parties and stuff such that i havent been able to send it out from my laptop.
hope to seek your understanding.

Also, i have already edited the order form over at my end. please do not worry too much.

Meetup payment will be done if we have the time. As of now, meetup payment is void.
There wont be a need for payment evidence if paying by meetup as it will be recorded by us immediately on the spot.

Thank you for the hassle you have helped me and i have received the transaction code.
However, i would not be free from starting tomorrow 14th May early in the morning onwards till friday, and the payment deadline happens to fall on 15th may, is there any other way that i can make the payment through? Because i would really like to purchase the album D:

Understand your case, i will arrange with you a payment on collection instead. Hope this will help out your situation.
Also, there is no need for you to send in the payment form.
However, i hope that you do not back out on the last minute.

To all:
If you would like to do a meetup payment, i will allow it JUST for this album purchase.
In this case, do still send in your order and under remarks, please put "Meetup Payment".
However, i do not hope to see you backing out of the order at the last minute. So i need your word on it.

Could i arrange the meet up collection and payment sometime this week? Because i will be going on a school trip to Germany this coming Sunday and i would want to get my hands on the album before i go overseas, also me going overseas would mean that you would be unable to contact me till 8 days later and i surely would not want that to happen sorry for any inconvenience though

Yes, it is confirmed! As to which part of Plaza Singapura, i have not decided where as the Starbucks there is very small now! So need to look for another location that everyone will know how to go!
